2024 Missionary Pathway Collegiate Cohort

Our Purpose

Many Christians feel deeply passionate about their faith yet feel insecure, even uncertain, about how to share faith with friends and neighbors in a culture that is not interested in church. The old systems for outreach aren't working anymore.

The Missionary Pathway is a free, eight-session online course built to provide Christians with a simple, repeatable framework for community engagement

Since its launch on Sept 2022, The Missionary Pathway has helped nearly 600 people in 12 countries increase their confidence in sharing their faith.

The Story Behind the Missionary Pathway

At The Kairos Network, we know you want to be a confident disciple of Jesus, engaging your community well and with intention. To do that, you need a new approach with simple practices to sharing your faith in Jesus - one that works and feels genuine and authentic.

While you're deeply passionate about your faith, often you feel insecure, even uncertain, about how to share faith with friends and neighbors in a culture that is not interested in church. The old systems for outreach aren't working anymore - most methods seem like glorified invites to church. We know that Jesus would be a huge blessing to our neighbors, but how do we share faith in a way that will be received and not immediately rejected?

Our founder, Matt Peeples, has been living and working in church planting for the past 13 years. He planted The Point Church in Knoxville, Tennessee, in 2010 before moving to New Jersey to revitalize Bethlehem Lutheran Church and launch a church plant in 2017. In the most post-Christian region of the country, under Matt's leadership, Bethlehem became one of Outreach Magazine's Top 100 Reproducing Churches in 2020.

Matt Peeples and Trey Sansom (Pastor of Project 242 Church in Conroe, TX) built The Missionary Pathway course and now offer it free so any Christian can discover the simple practices and authentic framework for engagement. Since the course launched, over 450+ people in 9 countries have increased their confidence in sharing their faith and connecting the disconnected to Jesus.
