Launching Fall 2026

A 4-Week Leadership Incubator for Churches Ready to Build a Disciple-Making Culture

Every church wants to make disciples. But turning that desire into a culture where everyday people naturally share their faith and disciple others can feel overwhelming. Many leaders know what Jesus has called the Church to do—they're simply looking for a practical way to help their people begin. Micro-Groups Launch Lab was created for that moment.

This isn't another ministry program to maintain.

It's a practical framework that helps everyday Christians become intentional disciple-makers in the places God has already called them to live, work, learn, and play.

  • Build a simple and reproducible disciple-making strategy.

  • Launch micro-groups that fit naturally within your church's ministry.

  • Equip and coach leaders to multiply disciple-makers.

  • Create a practical implementation plan for your church.

  • Foster a culture where making disciples becomes part of everyday life—not just another church program.

Instructor Bio:

Passionate about connecting the disconnected and helping people translate the unchanging gospel to an ever-changing world. Lives this passion out through preaching, teaching, and training the next generation of disciple makers, church planters, and ministry leaders. He is the Founder and Director of the Kairos Network. The Kairos Network launched in June of 2017, to develop and train church planters, pastors, and lay leaders to reach the disconnected for Christ. While the Gospel is unchanging, the way we teach people about Jesus changes. To engage the world around us we must move into new places in new ways. It has been a vehicle for planting churches, launching church plant training pathway, a webinar training series, and helping the church at large learn live-streaming and other useful tools to navigate the pandemic.
