Welcome to the Cohort!

Hey, Kairos Network Mission Partner! 

In case we haven’t met in person, my name is Matt Peeples. I am the founder and director of The Kairos Network, a network dedicated to helping you share the unchanging gospel in an ever-changing world. We partner with districts, networks, and churches like yours to connect the disconnected to Jesus by training church planters and everyday Christians to plant the gospel and make disciples where they live, work, learn, and play. You are receiving this pdf because you are connected to one of our Kairos Network mission partners! As a mission partner you have access to Missionary Pathway facilities cohort experiences. I want to give you the opportunity to kick of the year walking with me through the Missionary Pathway training.

What is the Missionary Pathway? This is a simple and repeatable disciple-making process designed to help you equip everyday Christians to share the gospel and make disciples in the places they live, work, learn, and play. Many Christians feel deeply passionate about their faith yet feel insecure, even uncertain, about how to share faith with friends and neighbors in a culture that is not interested in the church. This training will equip you to navigate those challenges and equip those in your ministry areas with the confidence they need to share their faith in the places they are already going. 


If you are reading this, you are already signed up on our cohort course.  We will record the sessions and upload them to cohort course. This way you can catch any sessions you have to miss, or review any other materials we go over during our cohort sessions.

Meet Your Cohort Leaders

Leader Bio:

Passionate about connecting the disconnected and helping people translate the unchanging gospel to an ever-changing world. Lives this passion out through preaching, teaching, and training the next generation of disciple makers, church planters, and ministry leaders. He is the Founder and Director of the Kairos Network. The Kairos Network launched in June of 2017, to develop and train church planters, pastors, and lay leaders to reach the disconnected for Christ. While the Gospel is unchanging, the way we teach people about Jesus changes. To engage the world around us we must move into new places in new ways. It has been a vehicle for planting churches, launching church plant training pathway, a webinar training series, and helping the church at large learn live-streaming and other useful tools to navigate the pandemic.
