“Kairos network’s training helps connect the dots for those who want to run headlong into mission without tripping over the trappings of “ministry”. If you’re looking for training that empowers people according to their passions and burdens, Kairos is a good place to be.”

“What I love about Matt and Trey is that they are not only keen thinkers and gifted communicators, they are experienced practitioners. They know how to help you plant the gospel in your community because that is what they have been doing themselves.”

While the Gospel is unchanging, the way we teach people about Jesus changes. To engage the world around us we must move into new places in new ways. It has been a vehicle for planting churches, launching church plant training pathway, a webinar training series, and helping the church at large learn live-streaming and other useful tools to navigate the pandemic. Meet The Missionary Pathway Creators

Trey Sansom is on mission with Jesus to connect the disconnected and to make and equip disciples who make disciples. His heart for the disconnected, love of diverse cultures, and dedication to sound doctrine combined with his entrepreneurial spirit have led to the development of innovative missional and discipleship strategies to plant the unchanging gospel in diverse relational networks. Some of these strategies include Project 242 Church, a budding network of micro-churches in the North Houston area, spiritual conversation training, micro-discipleship, The Good Neighbor Challenge, and Bibles & Beers. The best way to hear from God is through His Word, yet for many, reading the Bible is intimidating. To address this, Trey has developed the Bible Reading Toolkit, a strategy for micro-group Bible studies, and various reading plans that equip everyday disciples to properly read and interpret the Bible, and invite others to hear from God too. In an increasingly post-Christian culture, inviting our disconnected friends to church is no longer effective (if it ever was). That’s OK, because the church isn’t a place, it’s a people—it’s who we are. So, instead of waiting for the disconnected to come to church, we must equip and unleash everyday disciples of Jesus to BE THE CHURCH to the disconnected in the everyday spaces where we live, work, learn, and play. Every vocation is an opportunity for mission, and every relationship is an opportunity to plant the gospel and make disciples, and when the gospel is planted, and disciples are being made, the church will emerge in existing networks of relationships.
